"Fall" in love with warm tones!

It is officially Fall! Yes, I am one of those annoying people obsessed with anything pumpkin flavored or scented, and I am a sucker for a big baggy sweater, leggings, scarves and boots! But more than that, I love pairing my warm and gold toned jewelry with my fall wardrobe.  We have so many great pieces in the store to pair with that favorite sweater or pair of boots! September Sapphires!

We are now officially in the month of September, this year has really flown by! September is one of my favorite months: football season is kicking into high gear, and fall is right around the corner (sweater weather, Yippee.)  The best part of September though is that I get to celebrate my anniversary with my amazing Husband!  Maybe this is why I am extra fond of the Sapphire Gemstone.  September is the official month of Sapphires, lucky September babies.  Sapphires are also given for 45th wedding anniversaries! I like to think I should get them every year since I was married in the month of September.

Did you know that Sapphires come in all sorts of gorgeous colors. Blue is definitely the most popular and probably my favorite.  Sapphires can be seen throughout history all the way back to around 800B.C. The ancient Persians believed that their reflections gave the sky it's gorgeous blue color.   During the Middle Ages the clergy men wore blue sapphires to symbolize Heaven.  Sapphires have also been worn by many Kings and Queens.  In 1981 Prince Charles gave that gorgeous Sapphire ring to his future bride who would later become Princess Di.
