Marsala and I am not talking about Italian Food or Wine!

Every year they do a big announcement for the pantone color of the year (my excitement scale: this is up there with watching the jewelry trends on the red carpet.)  According to speculations I had read the color of the year would more than likely be a beautiful blue shade something between Aquamarine Blue and Teal.  They were completely and totally wrong.  When they announced the color was Marsala, I immediately thought about Chicken Marsala from Carrabba's. WAIT! WHAT? That has to be a terrible color ewwwww! This awful shade of creamy brown kept popping up in my head. I immediately pulled out my phone to see what this color was all about.  Well in all actuality, I love the pantone color of the year. Marsala is a type of fortified wine that is similar to Sherry, and who doesn't love Wine!  In case you are like me and relate most things in life to food or drinks this is for you!
